Corndale Farm was established in 2012 by Alastair Crown. It was formed from a passion to produce top quality, high welfare pork. In 2016 Corndale Farm spotted a gap in the market for Northern Irish produced Charcuterie, and became Northern Irelands first Free Range Charcuterie producer.
